The location of the hotel is convenient as it is near the centre of the provincial capital. the breakfast provided is exceptional with a wide range of options to choose from. the dining-hall staff is friendly and open early in the morning for early risers.
The hotel lacks attractive gardening work and may have poor taxi service with drivers refusing to use meters.

The hotel was located in a convenient area with easy access to shops and restaurants. the room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the city skyline from the window. the included breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from.
The noise levels in the hotel were unbearable, making it difficult to sleep or relax. the constant sounds of construction and machinery were so loud that it felt like being in the middle of a construction site.

Celebrate New Year's Eve in this hotel was the best. The breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide range of options from Indonesian to Western-style dishes. The location was also convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby. the swimming pool had a great view.
The cleanliness of the pool water could have been better, as the water didn't seem crystal-clear. Another aspect that could be improved was the check-in process.
